Sophie advises on many aspects of private client work including estate administration, will drafting and elderly client work. Sophie is particularly interested in elderly client work, having been actively involved with her local care home for several years.
In particular, Sophie deals with both Court of Protection/Office of the Public Guardian work, as well as advising clients on planning effectively for the future. Sophie is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society. Sophie is based permanently at the Brethertons' Banbury office.
Sophie enjoys racket sports, especially tennis and has recently taken up badminton and joined a local sports club in Leamington where she lives. Sophie also enjoys travelling and is especially interested in Italy, having spent a year living in Umbria studying at an Italian university. Most recently however, a lot of Sophie's spare time is taken up by planning her wedding which is due to take place in May next year.
