Sharon deals with a wide range of services within the Wills, Trust and Probate Department, including drafting Wills, administering testate and intestate estates, dealing with inheritance Tax and completing full estate accounts.  

She deals with the Probate Registry for a range of Grants and draws up Powers of Attorney and Deeds associated with land.   

In particular Sharon advises in the area of contentious probate.  She aims to assist and guide clients, whether claimant, defendant, executor or beneficiary, through this complex and specialist area.  Explaining the strict criteria and procedures of bringing or defending a claim against an estate under the Inheritance Act.

Sharon has recently started to work towards the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Diploma and is currently a student member of the society. 

She is married with three school aged children who take up most of her spare time with their clubs and sporting activities. Sharon is heavily involved with their primary school and is an active member of the school’s parents and friends’ committee. 

Having previously had a career in Licensed Trade Management Sharon feels that she has had a range of life experiences, which makes her an approachable calm and professional person.    

She enjoys spending any spare time with family and friends or watching the occasional game of rugby.
