Nadiya acts for different levels of clients, dealing with Probates and Elderly Client work, spending a large amount of time client facing.She deals with a range of different areas including Wills, probates, Court of Protection and Public Guardianship work, Declarations of Trusts together with some work in relation to agricultural property. Nadiya is also a member of the Country Landowners Association.Nadiya is married and has lived in Rugby for most of her life – leaving only to go to university in Liverpool. She plays the violin and recently got roped into playing at her brothers wedding ceremony! She supports Leicester City football club and Leicester Tigers (one provides more joy than the other) and loves to go to their home games.
