Lynne has been a qualified solicitor for many years, and has gained a vast knowledge of Private client work. She advises on all aspects of Private client work including, Will drafting, tax related issues, Powers of Attorney, administration of estates and trust administration. Lynne is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and a member of the Law Society Probate section.
Lynne is predominantly based at Brethertons Banbury office, and she enjoys the client contact within Private client work. She likes the variety that the job brings and dealing with a diverse range of people.
Lynne is married to a history teacher, and has two sons. When she’s not working, and not doing whatever is needed to support her husband in his role of deputy head of a large boys boarding school, Lynne enjoys singing with the Oxford Bach Choir. Time allowing Lynne also likes gardening, dog walking, theatre; particularly opera and cooking. Being Welsh Lynne also likes to watch the odd game of rugby, but only when Wales are on a winning streak!
