As client Liaison Officer, Carly's role is to ensure that all our clients receive the highest standard of service and client care possible. Carly is the first point of contact for the Wills, Trust and Probate team in Rugby, handling initial enquiries, arranging appointments, dealing with queries and assisting the Solicitors. Carly is definitely a people person and enjoys the client contact and skills required for assisting a range of individuals; from business men to elderly clients.Carly joined Brethertons in 2006 as we wanted to set ourselves apart from all the other Law firms in the area. Her role as Client Liaison Officer is unique to Brethertons and the Wills, Trust and Probate department.
The firm has a strong focus on Client Relationship Management and Carly's work encompasses our aim to give exceptional customer service and to go the extra mile for everyone who walks through our doors. To complement this she studied and has been awarded the Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service.Carly is a passionate Thespian, she loves treading the boards at the local theatre, performing in countless musical theatre productions and plays; this is also where she met her Fiancé. If performing wasn’t enough she loves playing sport, particularly Netball where she is the team captain.
