Alison advises clients on all aspects of will drafting, administration of estates, elderly client work, trust law and charity formation and registration. More specifically, Alison advises clients in relation to inheritance tax, agricultural property and business property relief, Office of the Public Guardian applications, trust creation, trust administration and advice for trustees. Alison is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).Private client work has a vital role to play at each stage of a person’s life and for this reason Alison continues to find the work interesting and challenging.Alison moved to Warwick having relocated from Dorset in 2003. She is currently renovating her house which takes up a great deal of her spare time. However, when she is able to, she takes time out to read a good crime novel!
