How to make a Will with Brethertons LLP

Our friendly team will make the process as straight forward as possible.

In the first instance call and speak to one of our Client Liaison Managers to make a convenient appointment with one of our specialists.

The team member will gather information and discuss your wishes and instructions with you.

We will then prepare a draft Will which will be sent to you to approve. At this stage you can make amendments or let us know if you are happy with it. We then arrange an appointment for you to come into the office and sign the Will.   Once completed, we issue you with our account and arrange for free storage of the original Will. You are then given an access code to our on-line client page.

If you simply wish to change your Will, please follow the link.

At the time you make a Will it is also prudent to consider making a Power of Attorney.
