Why review or amend your Will?

We recommend that your Will is reviewed every four to five years as personal circumstances change. There are many reasons for amending it before then, these include:

• Change of address and/or personal contact details
• Divorce
• Retirement or retirement planning
• Entering in to Civil Partnership or Marriage
• Childcare planning.

If you wish to make minor amendments to your Will this may be achieved using a Codicil.  A Codicil needs to be completed in the same way as a Will.  There will be a charge each time you make an amendment to the Will, so we recommend we get it right first time.
