Formation of a Residents' Association

If there is no Management Company, leaseholder should consider forming a Residents’ Association to lobby the landlord.  Residents’ Associations are also entitled to be consulted on certain matters such a the appointment of managing agents and the appointment of a surveyor for the purpose of a management audit.
