RMC and Employment Law Issues

Does your RMC employ caretakers, porters or gardeners?  Or does your RMC appoint staff through an agency?

Are you comfortable with the distinction between a contract for services (self employed) and a contract of service (employee) and what rights and duties are attached to each form of contract?  Are those contracts up to date and do they give you the maximum flexibility they can?
