Employees and private individuals are far more willing to relocate to parts of the world which until a few years ago were thought of as remote.

However, the differences in legal entities, legal systems and business practice coupled with the cultural differences which arise when doing business or living in a foreign country, can result in problems if appropriate legal advice is not obtained.
