Simon is Head of the Banbury Family Department. He specialises in financial provision on divorce, especially farming/complex disputes involving assets such as businesses.

Simon is a trained collaborative family lawyer. He is also an International Hague Convention panel lawyer.

As a solicitor and Head of the Department, Nadiya is responsible for ensuring that both she and her team provide an excellent level of service to all clients.  Nadiya has a wide range of experience and provides clients with practical advice on the issues affecting them. 
 
Nadiya has experience in advising on the administration of estates ensuring that at the most difficult of times, families can rest assured that their matters are dealt with both compassionately and accurately. She also draws up Wills, providing advice on Inheritance Tax and Care Home Fees protection as well as assisting clients with drafting trusts. In particular, Nadiya deals with is the setting up of personal injury trusts, helping clients to preserve compensation received following accidents, criminal injuries, or vaccination damage.
