Linda is the Head of the Rugby Family Department. she specialises in financial provision on divorce and has developed a passion for helping clients with complicated financial disputes involving assets such as businesses, pensions, farms and family trusts. Linda has become passionate about this sort of work because these assets have generally built up over a period of years and can all too easily be lost in the divorce process, sometimes in a very unfair way.
Over the years Linda has developed an understanding of how emotionally difficult a divorce can be and feel a responsibility to clients to support them in anyway she can.Linda is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in the areas of pensions on divorce and advocacy on financial provision on divorce. Collaborative Lawyer and an advanced member of the Family Law Panel.Linda is a mother of young twins and lives locally. When time allows she likes to play golf, go to the gym, cook and garden.
