Gemma undertakes all types of family work including issues concerning children and domestic violence and has a wealth of experience in respect of International Child Abduction. She also assists with Public Law matters.

She has acted in complex international Wardship proceedings/Hague proceedings and international access cases including European Enforcement proceedings. Gemma has a specialism in “Leave to Remove” cases (permission for permanent relocation of a child abroad) and one of her cases has a court of appeal case pending.

Gemma studied Law at the University of Leicester and qualified with the firm in 2008. She enjoys most sports and is a keen netball player.
