Emily undertakes all types of family work including divorce, financial provision and children matters. She runs her own caseload as well assisting other fee earners in the department and undertakes a lot of preparatory work in readiness for court proceedings. Emily finds it particularly rewarding helping a parent re-establish contact. All cases in family law are different and Emily enjoys the challenging and ever changing nature of the work. Emily is married with two children and lives locally. She has lots of local ties having lived in Rugby a number of years and her Dad being a well known sportsman in the area!
