Diane undertakes a variety of family law work including  children matters, public law issues, separation agreements, financial provision on divorce, co-habitee disputes and civil partnerships. 

Diane is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. She was previously Secretary to Woman's Aid Leicester and the Warwickshire Domestic Violence Support Services.  Diane takes a special interest in violence cases and its effect on family life and in particular in respect of children. 

Diane is a Resolution Accredited specialist in Children and Domestic Violence and is a member of the Heart of England Collaborative Law Pod.

Diane is married with two adult children, she enjoys weekends away, entertaining, reading and learning to play golf.
