Diane undertakes a variety of family law work including domestic violence, children matters including public law issues, separation agreements, financial provision on divorce, co-habitee disputes and civil partnerships. Diane is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. She was previously Secretary to Woman's Aid Leicester and the Warwickshire Domestic Violence Support Services. Diane takes a special interest in violence cases and its effect on family life and in particular in respect of children.
