Natalie joined Team Employment (which is part of Team Commercial) having previously worked for two large regional practices and heads up the Employment Team. Natalie has over ten years of experience in all aspects of employment law and she is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Natalie works in both our Banbury and Rugby offices but is based at our Banbury office. Natalie decided to specialise in employment law because of the diversity and large level of client interaction and being able to get to know clients, how their business works and they operate so as to be able to offer a service to them that is in effect an extension of their own organisation.Natalie is listed as a named individual in the Legal 500, is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, regularly writes for regional newspapers and has appeared on Legal TV as their employment specialist. In her spare time Natalie likes to travel and enjoys snorkelling and skiing. She has an old house and a puppy, both of which keep her quite busy.
