Michelle is an employment solicitor in Team Employment. She undertakes the full range of contentious and non contentious employment matters. This ranges from employment tribunals through to contract reviews and compromise agreements and everything in between. Michelle decided to specialise in employment law due to the UK and European employment legislation and an ever-growing body of cases, which makes employment law one of the fastest changing areas of law. As such no two cases are ever the same and she enjoys the challenge which arises as a result of this.
Michelle is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has written for the Oxford Times.
In her spare time and even when she has little time to spare, you will find Michelle at the gym attending various classes from body combat to spin.
