David Hodge, Employment Solicitor

David Hodge is an employment law specialist and Head of Brethertons’ Employment Law Team. An experienced employment litigator with an enviable record of success, David represents  both individuals and businesses in complex employment tribunal/ court actions ranging from unfair dismissal and unlawful discrimination complaints to the defence and enforcement of restrictive covenants and unpaid bonus claims.

David’s experience in supporting SME management teams and HR professionals (together with advising FTSE 250 and AIM listed companies) affords him an invaluable ability to view matters objectively and to advise individuals with greater commercial understanding and certainty, both during employment (such as advising on grievance processes and strategy) and after the employment relationship has terminated.
