Tracey Wagstaffe, Conveyancing Executive

 

Tracey is a very experienced Conveyancing Executive having worked for Brethertons for over 25 years and is a core part of the team. She deals with high volumes of residential conveyancing work and is involved with all stages of the conveyancing transaction. Tracey predominantly advises clients on sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

The conveyancing team operates on a no appointment basis, which means Tracey acts for a wide range of people of all age groups and varying backgrounds, which she enjoys. No two days are ever the same, and in a faced paced environment keeps her on her toes! Client care and satisfaction are also at the forefront of Tracey’s mind when dealing with clients, and she is determined to provide efficient and high standards of work in a caring and sensitive way.

Tracey is married with three boys who keep her very busy. She spends a lot of her free time attending football matches and sporting events that they compete in.  When not in the office Tracey also enjoys socialising, music and walking her dog.
