Sherry undertakes work within residential conveyancing transactions – i.e. sales, purchases and remortgages.
She mainly deals with the reading and checking of legal documents on behalf of clients i.e. checking contracts, search results, mortgage offers and preparing detailed contract reports. She also provides holiday cover in fee earners absence to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Sherry has gained qualifications in respect of Land Law, Conveyancing, Contract Law and Landlord & Tenant under the Council for Licensed Conveyancers examinations. Sherry is married with 2 children and when she is not being a taxi service for her children, she enjoys travelling, going to the theatre, concerts, gym and taking her daughter to watch her favourite team, Tottenham, play football
