Michael is Partner and Head of Conveyancing. He has a very proactive and effective team of conveyancers and a very efficient case management system, which means he can concentrate on the more technical legal work in conveyancing cases, such as unusual titles or legal issues, and ensure that any problems arising from searches and mortgage conditions are properly resolved. This also means Michael can devote his time to managing the team and updating and adapting the case management system to meet the ever increasing demands and regulations that we need to comply with.Michael has recently embarked on a project to renovate a 250-year old house in a village near Banbury. He likes skiing and hill-walking, and has recently taken up tennis.
