Kate supervises three Conveyancing Executives and deals with all technical legal aspects of the Conveyancing transactions.

 

She also deals with technical and complex legal queries from clients and particularly enjoys dealing with complex issues or enquires including adverse possession and rectification of title applications at the Land Registry.


Kate has recently dealt with and specialised in transactions involving the purchase and then leaseback of showhomes from major housebuilders.


Kate lives in a village in South Northamptonshire with her husband and two tearaway terriers.
 
Kate owns a horse and competes in dressage and eventing.  She is on the committee of the recently formed South Northants Riding Club and also enjoys walking and reading.
