Karen deals with all sorts of conveyancing work, ranging from studio flats to £1,000,000.00 plus mansions.  

Karen is involved with all stages of the conveyancing transaction from opening the file to completion including issuing contracts, checking legal documents and chasing other parties.

The conveyancing department operates on a no-appointment basis so clients can drop in anytime, as well as telephone calls and emails. Karen enjoys the challenging atmosphere created by such a fast paced environment.

Karen is currently studying to become a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and has recently sat her Land Law exam.

Karen lives in Northampton with her boyfriend and their two kittens.  When she is not chasing the kittens from their latest hiding place she enjoys seeing the world and has spent time travelling around Europe, Australia and South Africa.  Her recently holiday destinations included Mexico and Cuba.

Whilst at home Karen enjoys watching films and spending time with her friends, in particular going out for dinner.
