Richard is Senior Partner of the firm and is Head of the Civil Litigation Department. He acts for companies, businesses and individuals who require advice on any matter which is contentious.
Richard is also an APIL member, a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a member of the Law Society Professional Negligence Panel.
Richard is married and has two children. He enjoys playing hockey, golf and going to the gym, as well as, walking, cycling and gardening in his spare time.
