Regional Law Firm, Brethertons LLP has boosted its corporate team with its latest new recruit - Jitendra Patel who joins from Harvey Ingram LLP.
Jitendra specialises in general corporate and commercial work for private and public sector clients. He will also focus on all types of corporate transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and company reorganisations, with experience of corporate finance, commercial contracts, and banking work with a particular emphasis on owner managed companies and larger private companies.
He has previously worked in London, Birmingham and Nottingham and is also experienced in advising local authorities and public sector bodies on the structure and constitution of joint ventures including structuring special purpose vehicles for public/private sector partnerships. In recent years, Jitendra has also advised Indian and China based businesses that are seeking to set up or make acquisitions in the UK.

Jitendra’s appointment reflects the firms continued expansion plans with successful expansion already achieved with a 10% growth in a recession year.
