Thank you so much for participating in Will Aid 2009.  I am delighted to have received donations to the value of £7,195.00 from your firm.   What an amazing total - you can be justly proud of what you and your colleagues have achieved! 

I am very excited to report that, for the first time ever, we have received over £1m in donations and Gift Aid. This is a marvellous achievement, which I know represents a huge amount of effort from all the solicitors who have taken part.  But that’s not all.  Will Aid will makers have also pledged over £5m in legacies which will be a valuable support for the work of the charities in years to come. Thank you so much for all the help you have given Will Aid.  The money you have raised will make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people around the world.

When all the monies have been received from the campaign, I will be sending you a certificate with the total amount your firm has raised for you to display in your office, together with a newsletter about the campaign.

Don’t forget to let us know about any clients who have made their donation by card on the Will Aid website.  This allows us to make sure that we have included all the donations you have raised on your end of campaign certificate.

Would you like to influence the future of Will Aid?  Will Aid has always appreciated feedback from participating solicitors to inform our planning.  We would now like to establish a group of solicitors with whom we could consult on a range of issues so that we can make Will Aid even more effective.  Could you help?  Please drop me an email if you would be interested in becoming more involved in this way.
