How we work with recruitment agencies

We do not accept unsolicited CV’s, if you would like to put forward a candidate for a specific vacancy please contact Deborah or Elaine before you submit the CV in order to discuss terms of business and create an account for you via our e-recruitment software.

What we require of recruitment agencies:

  • We expect our recruitment agents to be knowledgeable about the firm and find out a bit about us and what makes us different from other law firms (see our website or call to contact us about the history of a role)
  • We would like you to speak to your candidates before submitting any CV’s and:
  1. brief candidates on our interview and assessment process
  2. help us by negotiating the final deal quickly
  3. ensure there are no surprises (we are recruiting for specific vacancies with specific needs for the firm)
  • All CV's must be submitted  online.
