Elaine is a HR Professional with two years experience. Elaine is the main contact for all support staff recruitment. This includes all of the business services/administration recruitment. She also recruits once a year for our trainee solicitor programme. Elaine graduated from a BA (Hons) Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University in 2005, since then she has worked in Human Resources and is currently studying a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management which will gain Elaine a CIPD qualification. Elaine moved back to Rugby after completing her degree. She plays netball and likes to keep fit. Elaine also enjoys music, and one of her favourite hobbies is going to see live bands!
