Applications Procedure for Recruitment Agencies

The Same: We do not accept unsolicited CV’s.  We will only accept CV’s for our advertised vacancies. See Vacancies List.

What we require of recruitment agencies:

  • We expect your agents/advisers to be knowledgeable about the firm and find out a bit about us and what makes us different from other law firms (see our website or call to contact us about the history of a role)
  • We would like you to speak to your candidates before submitting any CV’s and:
    -brief candidates on our interview and assessment process
    -help us by negotiating the final deal quickly
    -ensure there are no surprises (we are recruiting for specific vacancies with specific needs for the firm).

The Difference: Our ideas make the process more effective:

  • We encourage use of email accounts that are set up specifically for each vacancy and then closed when the vacancy is filled.
