Yashmin specialises in enfranchisement and residential landlord and tenant law. Her general property practice covers lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, dealing with right to manage issues, the granting of new leases, deeds of variations, licences and other leasehold documentation. She also has experience in dealing with the enforcement of lease covenants against leaseholders, serve charge disputes and forfeiture claims.
Yashmin has extensive experience in advising high net worth landlords both in London and across the country, as well as property management companies, resident associations and leaseholders alike. In Yashmin's spare time she enjoys Bharata Natayam (Classical Indian Dancing) and is a member of Chritrakela and Company Dance Company. Yashmin also enjoys playing the piano and sitar, travelling the world and fast cars!
