Lucy deals with leaseholders who have not made payment of their service charge and/or ground rent which is due under the terms of their lease. Lucy progresses the matters up to the County Court if necessary and deals with both mortgage companies and other firms of Solicitors on a daily basis. The work is high volume and she communicates with her clients on a daily basis. Lucy has recently moved into a house with her partner in Banbury after two years of living on a canal boat.
