IRPM Part II Examination Revision Weekend 2012

We are pleased to announce details of its annual IRPM Part II Examination Revision Weekend.

The weekend will be held at the Welcombe Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March 2012.

The interactive workshop weekend has been designed to help candidates prepare for their IRPM Part II Examination and, under the guidance of attending lawyers, particular emphasis will be placed on the legal and financial requirements imposed on property managers.  An element of "exam technique" will be covered to help reduce the "fear factor".

This is your chance to ensure you have a clear understanding of the relevant legislation essential for prudent management, to raise queries that your day job does not allow time for and to discuss in detail, with qualified members of the legal profession, any grey areas which may have caused you concern.  This workshop weekend is, of course, also suitable for property managers not intending to sit the Part II but wishing to refresh/increase their technical expertise and to add to their CPD hours.
