Roger Hardwick is an expert in the field of Enfranchisement Law and boasts a broad, national client base, including well-known plc developers, ground rent investors and resident/tenant-owned management companies, as well as individual tenants.

Roger’s sole focus is residential leasehold property. His work includes lease extension, collective enfranchisement and right to manage claims; ground rent investment sales and purchases; freehold acquisitions under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967; residential service charge disputes and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal applications.

His notable cases include the sale of a ground rent portfolio worth over £3,000,000, comprising 37 developments across the country; acquiring the freehold of a high-value Grade II listed building in Salisbury from the Dean and Chapter of Salisbury Cathedral; negotiating a series of complex, disputed lease extension claims in an estate in Greater London; managing a collective freehold reversion acquisition on behalf of the tenants of 33 houses and flats in a sought after conservation area in Devon.
