Edward Bible heads up Brethertons Insolvency team. He is both a solicitor and licensed insolvency practitioner.  He has a wide knowledge of all areas of insolvency.  Edward advises insolvency practitioners, banks and other clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.  Edward Bible is recognised as ‘Leaders in their Field’ by Chambers UK 2011 as a ‘leader in Restructuring/Insolvency'.  Edward "has wide knowledge of his subject and offers alternative solutions to achieve goals." Leanne Lawrence, Solicitor

Leanne mainly covers what is technically described as ‘transactional work’ which means advising on the buying or selling of businesses and companies, she also deals with insolvency matters.

Sioban Calcott, Head of Banbury Litigation (FILEX)

Sioban heads up the Banbury Litigation department. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and member of the Property Litigation Association (PLA). She undertakes a wide range of areas of litigation, including recovery of possession of properties, boundary disputes, commercial contract disputes, restoration of companies, residential property litigation, LVT proceedings, personal injury overseas and dept recovery.
