Jitendra Patel

Jitendra specialises in general corporate and commercial work primarily for private company clients.  He focuses on all types of corporate transactional work including mergers, takeovers, joint ventures and company reorganisations, with experience of cross-border transactions, corporate finance and banking work with a particular emphasis on owner managed companies and larger private companies.  Jitendra has considerable experience in advising UK companies looking to trade overseas or to set up operations abroad, and also has advised on the structure and constitution of joint ventures in the UK and overseas. He also has experience of acting for AIM listed public companies, and has previously worked in London and Birmingham.

Memberships include: Institute of Directors, Association of MBA’s, branch advisory board Birmingham College of Law, Inter-Pacific Bar Association, International Bar Association, Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce.

In his spare time, Jitendra enjoys golf and spending time with his young family in Leicester.
