Brian Auld was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and is the partner in charge of the Banbury Company Commercial Department. Brian has previously worked for the European Commission and as an in house Lawyer for Toshiba, Racal and Nortel. Jitendra Patel
 
Jitendra specialises in general corporate and commercial work primarily for private company clients.  He focuses on all types of corporate transactional work including mergers, takeovers, joint ventures and company reorganisations, with experience of cross-border transactions, corporate finance and banking work with a particular emphasis on owner managed companies and larger private companies.  Jitendra has considerable experience in advising UK companies looking to trade overseas or to set up operations abroad, and also has advised on the structure and constitution of joint ventures in the UK and overseas.
