Qualified in 2000, Nick is responsible for providing legal advice to a wide spectrum of property and corporate clients. Nick’s transactions relate to a wide variety of commercial property, including shops, warehouses and offices.
At Brethertons LLP, Nick specialises in commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters and freehold sales and purchases. He also advises on Option Agreements and Conditional Contracts, as well as working on business sales and purchases, and transactions for directors and owner-managers. Nick also provides support to the corporate solicitors in corporate transactions for the sale and acquisition of businesses and assets.Nick has lived in North Oxfordshire for over twenty years. He is keen on various outdoor activities including hiking, surfing and scuba-diving.
