Mary Anderson, Partner

Mary focuses on commercial property and secured lending and has in-depth experience in representing both lenders and project financiers.  In addition, she acts for a number of major developer clients in connection with large-scale residential development schemes and out-of-town retail parks.  Mary’s expertise covers the full spectrum of commercial property work, including sales and purchases, development, granting and taking of leases, secured lending, general property management and investment transactions.

Tom Lawrence, Partner

Tom has gained experience in many different areas of commercial property work since joining Brethertons in 2002.

In particular Tom provides legal advice and assistance to clients on leasehold sales / purchases, freehold sales / purchases, landlord and tenant matters and option agreements.

Leanne Lawrence, Solicitor

Leanne qualified as a solicitor in 2006, prior to which she worked in Brethertons' Property Management Team and completed her training contract with the firm.

On qualifying, Leanne joined Team Commercial. She has acquired a great deal of experience in many areas, in particular, property issues relating to corporate transactions including Landlord and Tenant matters and sales and acquisitions.

Outside of work, Leanne spends the majority of her free time with her young daughter. She also enjoys socialising with her friends and family.

Sally Richmond, Commercial Conveyancing Executive

Sally has daily contact with clients mainly on the telephone but also face to face.  Clients vary from individuals to companies and generally the instructions are relating to commercial purchases and sales or leasing and assigning of leases of commercial properties.
