Contentious matters: we can help with full representation from initial enquiry through to Tribunal and/or remedies of all employment matters. For example, equal pay actions, discrimination actions, TUPE related dismissals, redundancy actions, dismissal by reason of gender reassignment, Health and Safety dismissals etc.
Non-Contentious matters: we can help with advising on harmonisation where there is union involvement, TUPE consultation, employment documentation reviews and drafting, bespoke in-house training on all issues including equal opportunities training, advising on senior executive service agreements, share option agreements and termination packages, compromise agreements and redundancy programmes.
Corporate Support: we provide support on all transactions, business sales and matters where there are employment issues; predominately asset sales involving TUPE.
