David Hodge is an employment law specialist within Brethertons Employment Law team. An experienced employment litigator with an enviable record of success in employment tribunal matters, David acts for both executive and business clients.
With his solid understanding of commerce, David also provides pragmatic employment advice to FTSE 250 and AIM listed clients and provides expert support to SME management teams and HR professionals in diverse industry sectors from Utilities, Logistics and Construction to Education. Since 2008, David has been instructed by well-known entrepreneurs to provide valuable employment support to their businesses and investments. David also has a keen interest and valuable experience in agricultural employment matters.
David has significant experience advising businesses and individuals on workplace issues ranging from the implementation of terms and conditions of employment and disciplinary and grievance matters to business acquisitions, disposals and re-organisations. He also regularly presents at seminars, workshops and training events.
Away from his desk, David is a keen golfer who also enjoys watching and playing other sports including cricket, hockey and tennis. He is also known to take aim with a twelve bore when the opportunity arises. David and his wife Charlotte live in Warwickshire and enjoy touring the countryside in their classic Triumph sports car.
