Amy Edwards, Employment Solicitor Amy is a solicitor in the Employment Team and specialises in all aspects of employment law, acting for both businesses and employees. Amy provides practical advice on strategic matters affecting businesses including the implementation of terms and conditions of employment, structural reorganisations (including redundancy and business transfer processes) and the management of disciplinary and grievance procedures.  Amy is a firm believer that prevention is better (and cheaper!) than cure, and encourages her involvement at an early stage. Brian Auld, Partner Brian was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and is the partner with overall responsibility for the Employment Team.
