Headed by Natalie Roach, our specialist employment team provide advice and assistance to clients for contentious, non-contentious and corporate support matters. Supported by our commercial litigators and the corporate department, we can therefore provide a service that covers the full range of employment advice and dispute venues (i.e. Employment Tribunals, EAT, County Court, High Court) and have specialisms in these areas, which sets us apart from our competitors.

Natalie Roach, Partner

Natalie joined Team Commercial and set up Team Employment having previously worked for two large regional practices and heads up the Employment Team. Natalie has over ten years of experience in all aspects of employment law and she is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
