Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) are an alternative legal entity offering the flexibility of a traditional partnership in managing their own structure and affairs, avoiding some of the rigidity and filing requirements of a limited company, whilst still offering the protection of limited liability to the partners (‘Members’).
LLPs are of particular interest to professional practices wishing to limit the liability of their members.
We have experience in advising on all aspects of LLP’s from their incorporation, in drafting of the principle agreement to dealing with change of members or dissolution of the LLP including conversion to LLP status.
