Leanne mainly covers what is technically described as ‘transactional work’ which means advising on the buying or selling of businesses and companies.
This area of work requires a close working relationship with the client and their advisors (such as accountants, agents, I.P. attorneys, bankers, etc) over a period of time, getting to know the business well to understand the mechanics of how the business works and the relevant points for their particular industry.
Leanne enjoys the fact that in these matters she really gets to know her clients and their business well. Leanne's work is fast-paced and exciting and the needs and requirements for each business is never the same which, she feels, makes her area of law particularly interesting. Leanne is currently studying for the Corporate Finance Qualification.
Leanne loves everything about cookery, she loves cooking, reading books on cookery, watching programmes on cookery and attempting to recreate dishes that she has eaten abroad.
Leanne has recently joined a gym and hopes to get more enthralled about exercise in the near future.
