For the last eight years Kate has acted as a corporate commercial solicitor working with all sizes of businesses from start ups through to established companies.
The work Kate does for clients covers advice on the basics of starting your business, developing and expanding or reorganising your business and, finally, exit from the business whether by selling it or by winding it down or passing it on the next generation of family or management.
In the last few years Kate has specialised in commercial work for IT and technology companies and has been able to use her own interest in technology and science to allow her to meet with her clients with either an understanding of the practical issues or an open mind to learn.
Kate has lived in Warwickshire all her life. At present she lives in Rugby with her partner and can usually be found walking their Golden Retriever around the highways and byways.
Kate is a motorsport fan and has been a member of Silverstone Racing Club for many years. Both Kate and her partner own Caterhams and (when they have time) like to take the cars on circuit on track days. Other interests of Kate's include cooking, music, playing the piano and IT/technology.
