Brian Auld, Partner

Brian Auld was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and is the partner in charge of the Banbury Company Commercial Department. Brian has previously worked for the European Commission and as an in house Lawyer for Toshiba, Racal and Nortel. Leanne Booth, Solicitor

Leanne mainly covers what is technically described as ‘transactional work’ which means advising on the buying or selling of businesses and companies.

This area of work requires a close working relationship with the client and their advisors (such as accountants, agents, I.P. attorneys, bankers, etc) over a period of time, getting to know the business well to understand the mechanics of how the business works and the relevant points for their particular industry. Kate Ollis, Solicitor

For the last eight years Kate has acted as a corporate commercial solicitor working with all sizes of businesses from start ups through to established companies.

Natalie Hobbs, Paralegal
