Possession Proceedings for Landlords and Property Managers

Through Brethertons LLP’s automated system for Landlords, we can provide Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) in an efficient and effective way, even for volume enquiries. 

ASTs are a form of Assured Shorthold Tenancy introduced by the 1988 Housing Act widely used in the private rented sector.  The Landlord has a guaranteed right to recover possession at the end of a fixed term, without having to prove statutory grounds for possession in Court.  Tenants lack long-term security of tenure.
