Shaun Jardine, Partner

Shaun is the Head of the Litigation Department based at the Banbury office. Shaun's property litigation practice involves representing clients before Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (LVTs) and courts in connection with service charge, disrepair and breach of covenant matters.

When he is not litigating for our clients Shaun  acts as  a Commercial Mediator as he is often called in by Solicitors and other professionals to try and assist their clients to reach a commercial solutions to problems and avoid going court. Shaun is the driving force behind the formation of our online mediation system

Yashmin Mistry, Solicitor

Yashmin specialises in enfranchisement and residential landlord and tenant law.  Her general property practice covers lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, dealing with right to manage issues, the granting of new leases, deeds of variations, licences and other leasehold documentation.  She also has experience in dealing with the enforcement of lease covenants against leaseholders, serve charge disputes and forfeiture claims.

Caroline Lee, Head of Property Management

Caroline has over 20 years experience in the recovery of residential leasehold service charge arrears, which is a very niche area of law. Caroline acts for a number of clients that range from single property freeholders to household name developers and their managing agents.

Mark North, Debt Recovery Manager

Mark manages a personal caseload of between 350 and 400 live matters. The work Mark undertakes is generally high volume dealing with clients who own blocks of flats and are owed either service charge or ground rent arrears.
