Kirsty acts for a number of large multi-nationals in the recovery of monies recoverable under leases and under hire purchase agreements. She also acts for finance and IT companies and deals with all manners of uncontested recoveries, enforcement and insolvency. Kirsty lives in Banbury and has two children which take up most of her time. She is a confirmed chocoholic and along with her colleagues in the Department consumes a surprising quantity of chocolate.
