Meet the Mediators

At Brethertons we have four trained Mediators who are experienced in dealing with a variety of disputes.

All our Mediators are qualified and are independent of the parties.  They have completed comprehensive training with recognised training organisations. 

Our Mediators are not judges and cannot impose a solution on the parties.  However, our Mediators will strive to help the parties achieve a solution that is acceptable to their problem.

Simon Craddock, Partner

Simon is Head of the Banbury Family Department. His main area of expertise is acting for clients where children have come to this country without the permission of the other parent.
